The 2016 CHHS Track and Field Banquet will be held at the Embassy Suites in Grapevine on Friday, May 20th at 6:30 p.m. Athletes, dates, and parents are welcome. Tickets must be purchased in advance by midnight on Sunday, May 15th.
Door prizes will be awarded at the end of the banquet presentation.
Dinner choices for the evening are:
- Chicken Meal -- Sauteed Chicken Breast with Champagne Sauce
- Steak Meal -- Grilled Flank Steak with Demi Sauce
Both meals include White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Seasonal Vegetables, Rolls, House Salad, Dessert, Coffee, Tea, and Water.
You must specify your dinner order at the time of ticket purchase by selecting a ticket for either "Chicken Meal" or "Steak Meal". There is not an additional charge for dinner -- it is included in the ticket price.
Tickets are $33 each. Athletes who are members of the CHHS Athletic Booster Club will only have to pay $23. Membership will be verified at banquet check-in. Any non-members who registered as members through Ticketleap will be required to pay an additional $10 at check-in. Parents of booster club member athletes will still pay the regular ticket price ($33).
